  • Day 5Trek from Babiachaur to Dharapani takes about six hours.
  • Day 6Trek from Dharapani to Muri takes about six and half hours.
  • Day 7Trek from Muri to Baghar (2,080m.).
  • Day 8Trek from Bagar to Dobang (2,520m.) takes about five hours.
  • Day 9Trek from Dobang to Sallaghari (3,110m) takes about six hours.
  • Day 10Trek from Sallaghari to Italian Base Camp (3,660m.) takes about six and half hours.
  • Day 11Trek from Upper Vungini (Italian Base Camp) to Glacier Camp at (4,940m.) this takes about four hours.
